Endurocad selects 21 girls for High Performance Skills & Assessment Camp this weekend

Endurocad will be hosting our very first GIRLS ONLY High Performance Skills and Assessment Camp which will take place this weekend at Stellenbosch Academy of Sport. The girls will undergo psychological and physiological testing and will participate in on various skills sessions including self defence, nutrition, track session, strength training, self enrichment. Motivational Speakers included Elana Meyer , Norma Nonkonyana, Marvelous and Nolene Conrad.

Twenty one girls were selected for the camp, whereby 10 athletes are from upcountry and 11 from the local Western Cape region. We have assembled a young group of girls with 95 percent ranging from 15 to 17 years.
