STELLENBOSCH HIGH SCHOOL BURSERY PROGRAM
The Stellenbosch High School Bursary Program is a unique youth development program that aims to impact young South Africans through education and athletics.
The vision is to identify young talented athletes from areas where there are few opportunities, resources and support and to provide them the opportunity to receive education and coaching to develop their talents.
Funded in partnership with Athletics & Cycling Trust.
ACHIEVE YOUNG WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Developing, Educating, Coaching and Empowering YOUNG WOMEN
Endurocad’s ACHIEVE Program makes use of running as a conduit to develop strong young women, developing change-makers who are self-sufficient, who in turn will hopefully have a positive impact on their communities.
They will get the opportunity to participate in ongoing workshops, career guidance opportunities, counseling sessions, and compete in athletic events.
The program aims to ensure that there are 15 schools from the Boland area (Stellenbosch / Paarl / Franschhoek).
ELITE ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
The Athletes Academy is a high-performance athletics club based in Stellenbosch.
The main aim of this athletics club is to ensure that athletes are equipped to compete at the highest level. They have the opportunity to develop their running and professional career and have access to excellent coaches, trainers, and facilities within the Stellenbosch environment.
The program offers the following:
- Coaching
- Career Prep sessions
- Personal development
- Skills development workshops
- Competitions and events
