Scott runs a lifetime best and young Nicole Louw finishes 5th at IAAF World U/18 Champs

Endurocad Ambassador Dominique Scott-Erfurd produced a lifetime best performance last night at the Citti Di Padova Meeting in Italy. The 2016 Olympian ran 4:08.04 shaving 0.59 slit seconds off her previous best.

On Saturday satellite athlete Nicole Louw lined up in the 1500m race at the IAAF World u/18 Championships in Nairobi, Kenya. Before the Championships Nicole was ranked 7th in the World in the event. It was a gutsy performance by the 15 year old as she took the race out and in the end finished 5th behind Ethiopia and Kenya in a time of 4:33.40. At the tender age of 15 years old, this young girl shows immense potential for the future.

The South African athletes made history as it was the first time SA has topped the medal table at this Championships. Team SA bagged 11 Medals in Total (Gold, 3 Silvers and 3 Bronze), China finished in second and Cuba in third.
