Selection Criteria
Tier systems
At Endurocad, our tier system provides a clear pathway for athlete development and progression. Athletes in the Achieve Programme are placed into different tiers based on their World Athletics points, using their recognised performance in their primary event.
The system allows us to track progress, recognise achievement and provide athletes with a clear benchmark to work towards as they develop within the programme.
