ELITE ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
The main aim of this elite athlete program is to ensure that athletes are equipped to compete at the highest level. They have the opportunity to develop their running and professional career and have access to excellent coaches, trainers, and facilities within the Stellenbosch environment.
The program offers the following:
- Coaching
- Career Prep sessions
- Personal development
- Skills development workshops
- Competitions and events
ACHIEVE YOUNG WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Developing, Educating, Coaching and Empowering YOUNG WOMEN
Endurocad’s ACHIEVE Program makes use of running as a conduit to develop strong young women, developing change-makers who are self-sufficient, who in turn will hopefully have a positive impact on their communities.
They will get the opportunity to participate in ongoing workshops, career guidance opportunities, counseling sessions, and compete in athletic events.
The program aims to ensure that there are 15 schools from the Boland area (Stellenbosch / Paarl / Franschhoek).
Making a difference
ENDUROCAD is a registered non-profit organisation based in South Africa. It was established in 2013 to help advance athletic performance and education through various programs.
Endurocad relies on donations in order to fund these needs.
